Processors we use

We use vetted providers to run our services, including:

Retention

Contact and booking data are kept as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal/financial obligations. We review non-client enquiries at least annually and delete those we no longer need. Client records follow statutory retention rules.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).

International transfers

When providers process data outside the EEA, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., SCCs).

Cookies & analytics

Qadience uses only minimal analytics to understand website usage and improve our services. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, nor do we engage in cross-site advertising or behavioral tracking. Any analytics collected are aggregated and do not identify individual visitors.
