Short, focused engagements

Fast starts, tight scope, minimal disruption.

Clear, measurable outcomes

Agreed metrics and visible delivery.

  1. 01Step

    Diagnose readiness

A short discovery assessment plus a guided session to clarify goals, risks, and constraints.

    • 7 to 10 minute online assessment
    • One short alignment session to confirm goals and constraints
    • Baseline score across data, automation, security, change
    • Evidence and context, not jargon

  2. 02Step

    Sequence the right work

Run an Insight Sprint to build the evidence, then turn it into a ranked pipeline and a 60 to 90 day plan that fits capacity.

    • Stakeholder interviews (3 to 5)
    • Data snapshot and baseline metrics
    • Impact by effort scoring
    • Funding-aligned deliverables (LEO/EI)
Example sequencing output showing impact, effort, risk, funding fit, time to value, and recommended priorities

  3. 03Step

    Deliver & measure

Ship in small increments, prove value early, and keep security and governance in step.

    • Pilot to scale playbook
    • Human in the loop controls
    • Measurable outcomes and retro

EDIH stands for European Digital Innovation Hub. If your roadmap includes advanced AI or IoT, we can connect you to a hub to test solutions before you commit budget.

FAQs

What do we get from the Insight Sprint?Show
A concise evidence pack that underpins the plan: 3 to 5 stakeholder interviews, a light data pull for baseline metrics, a system access checklist, and a prioritised pipeline draft.
How long to a signed-off plan?Show
Typically 2 to 4 weeks. That includes a 1 to 2 week Insight Sprint and 1 to 2 weeks to finalise the plan, funding alignment, and approvals. Timeline depends on data access and stakeholder availability.
Can you align to LEO/EI funding?Show
Yes. We structure deliverables to fit LEO/EI criteria and help prepare outcome led submissions.
Will this disrupt our team?Show
We design work in small cycles and schedule around peak periods. Expect 2 to 3 stakeholder hours per week during discovery.
Do you work with our current tools and data?Show
Yes. We start with your existing systems and data quality. The aim is value with minimal replatforming.
How do you handle GDPR and AI risk?Show
We apply GDPR-first practices, vendor and AI risk screens, and human in the loop controls from day one.
Is the survey enough to prioritise work?Show
The survey is the starting point. The 30 minute discovery call scopes goals and constraints. A prioritised roadmap requires an Insight Sprint of 1 to 2 weeks with 3 to 5 stakeholder interviews and a light data pull. For very simple asks, we may use a short 3 to 5 day mini sprint. We add a 45 to 60 minute working session only if scope is complex.
What evidence will you show my finance decision-maker?Show
For many SMEs there isn’t a formal CFO. We tailor evidence for the finance decision-maker — whether that’s the owner-manager, an internal finance manager, or an external accountant. Expect a one-page benefits summary, agreed KPIs and baselines, interim readouts with simple charts, and a final outcomes summary with assumptions and data sources noted.
What does ‘measurable outcomes’ mean here?Show
Examples include cycle time deltas, CSAT/NPS shifts, and time saved, tied to a clear definition and reporting window.
What’s after the first 60 to 90 days?Show
Either handover with guardrails or a scale up track. You choose; we keep governance proportionate to scope.
